OGEAS is an engineering and manufacturing company based in Kocaeli, Türkiye, providing custom-built systems and equipment for the oil & gas, chemical, food and general process industries.

Established with a strong background in gas pressure regulation, metering and skid-mounted systems, OGEAS has expanded its manufacturing capabilities to include pressure vessels and a wide range of process equipment. Today, our product portfolio covers complete skid systems, filters and separators, reactors, mixers, heat exchangers, storage tanks, silos, pipe spools and other custom-fabricated equipment.

Operating from our 2,700 m² indoor manufacturing facility, we manage engineering, procurement, fabrication, assembly, inspection and testing within an integrated project structure. This enables us to maintain close control over quality, technical compliance and delivery schedules while providing customers with a single point of responsibility.

Our engineering and production teams develop project-specific solutions according to the customer’s process conditions, operating requirements and applicable international standards. Rather than offering only standard products, we focus on equipment and systems designed around the specific needs of each application.

Quality and traceability are fundamental to our manufacturing approach. OGEAS holds the ASME U Stamp, together with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 3834-2 certifications. Our production processes include controlled material traceability, qualified welding procedures, inspection, pressure testing and Factory Acceptance Testing.

With experience in both domestic and international projects, OGEAS supplies equipment and systems to customers across different regions and industries. Our export experience and familiarity with international project requirements allow us to manage technical documentation, inspection processes, certification and delivery in accordance with each project’s needs.
